Dear friends,
It is a real pleasure to welcome you to IZCARAY LLC, a newly founded boutique shop dedicated to hosting and promoting my musical repertoire & writings, as well as offering a number learning tools and methods that are applicable to any creative or leadership lifestyle.
With an active international career as a symphonic conductor and composer stretching over the last two decades, plus many more years as a professional cellist and educator, I have been blessed with an intense life that has taken me around the globe several times with the great mission of sharing beauty and harmony through music.
Years ago it dawned on me that the processes that are conducive to an optimal orchestral performance onstage draw great parallels with other styles of leadership, from sports to education, and especially the non-profit and corporate worlds. I’ve since adopted a system to problem solving and project realization that is integral and methodic in its approach, yet flexible and fun at the same time. It is my wish to keep expanding these concepts and share them with the community at large, always with the principal aim of connecting people, families, and groups in a safe, constructive, and inspirational environment.
